Rahul Pharma is first to Receive National Award from HE, The President of India in the country

Rahul Pharma is first to receive the Drug Manufacturing License in the state of J&K for Ayurvedic Medicines after the enforcement of Chapter IV-A of Drugs & Cosmetics Act in J&K in the year 1988.

Rahul Pharma is manufacturing Ayurvedic Drugs on the advisory consultancy from Regional Research Laboratory Jammu, a unit of Council for Scientific & Industrial Research, Government of India (first of its kind in the country)

Rahul Pharma was established in the year 1981 with a view to service to the humanity and to provide qualitative, effective and cost effective herbal medicines which are in use in India since time immemorial to the ailing community Across the Globe.

The Department of Indian Systems of Medicines, Government of Jammu & Kashmir has also extended full cooperation in our mission. Then Director Dr.Tahir Mufti & then Principal Government Ayurvedic Hospital Jammu Dr.Satish Chander Sankhyadhar had personally contributed in the mission. The qualitative drugs produced by Rahul Pharma were also put to test to check their efficacy under controlled conditions. The doctors of the Government Medical College Jammu also took the lead in the noble cause and established the efficacy of anti arthritis drug S.Compound by adopting all the necessary parameters required for a new drug.

The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Tubingen, Germany too took keen interest in the project and undertook further studies on the drug S.Compound. The work is still going on because the drug has shown its efficacy number of ailments being Leukotriene inhibitor
